• Monitoring and analytics features

2. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use Trabster DB, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using Trabster DB, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Trabster DB only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data

Current pricing is available on our pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your usage and selected plan.

Payment Terms

• Fees are charged in advance for subscription plans
• Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may suspend service for non-payment after notice

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. For subscription plans, price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after we provide 30 days' notice.

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain high availability and performance:

• Uptime: We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans

• Service Credits: Available for significant outages as detailed in our SLA

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Close your account at any time through the dashboard
• By Us: For material breach after notice and opportunity to cure
• Effect of Termination: Access to service ends, but data retention follows our policy

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRABSTER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

• Governing Law: Laws of the State of California
• Jurisdiction: Federal and state courts in San Francisco, California
• Arbitration: Individual claims may be subject to binding arbitration

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
